Moved in four months ago and honestly i love this community ,its spacious and beautiful, had one maintainance issue and it was addressed immediately. Feels like home

Best place Ive live at. Moved from Florida and was paying almost double what I pay here and bigger place than Florida. Staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance team is great

A friend of mine lives at forty 57 apartments. She had a maintenance issue outside of Business hours while I was visiting. She made a call & they were there to fix the issue in a very timely manner. Malinda of forty 57 maintenance was professional, responsive & prompt. Maintenance explained the issue & what they did to fix the problem & told her if there were any other issues to let them know. I was very impressed with maintenance & would like to live at forty 57 apartments myself due to this experience I witnessed.

Renting out the Clubhouse was surprisingly straightforward, and the renovated space looked really nice. Management was easy to work with and the party went smoothly overall. I’d recommend it if you’re thinking about hosting a solid place to host an event.

Moved in about 3 months ago, the apartment was spacious and clean. I did not get new rugs but it was acceptable in the condition that it was just minor stains. Everything worked just fine and looked good. I had one maintenance request and they were quick to respond and solve the issue. Office staff are professional, nice and informative. Neighbors are friendly, kind and helpful for the most part. Not to much noise either, no crazy partying that I have seen lol. The pool is beautiful, the theater is nice (still haven’t booked a reservation yet) and the gym is nice too with decent exercising equipment. Patios are huge and has a great storage place. School bus comes by the entrance which is nice for family’s who have children. Overall, I am loving my new home and enjoying my stay here. Happy to have picked Forty57 as our new home! My husband and I lived here for 2 years and we could not recommend Forty 57 enough! They are absolutely incredible all the way around. From the front office workers, all the way to maintenance workers, we have 0 complaints. If a problem ever was to occur, maintenance was right on top of it. They are very accommodating on whatever you may need! We will miss them so much!

Lovely place. My son's family moved here. Much bigger than the previous place. Remodeled interior, stone countertop, faux wood floor in the living room and kitchen/dining area which is perfect the little one if he happens to drop food, carpeted rooms. All new appliances, at least in my son's new place. Very pleased, and very happy for them.

⸻ I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the amazing service at my apartment complex. I recently had an issue that needed to be fixed, and the maintenance woman, Malinda, showed up incredibly fast. She was kind, professional, and knew exactly what she was doing. The repair was handled quickly and done right the first time. It’s such a relief knowing we have someone so dependable and skilled taking care of our community. Huge thank-you to Malinda for her quick response and quality work!

Going into my tenth year living here and I find Forty57 is a very nice place to live. The grounds are pretty, clean, and always well maintained. Management has an open door policy, and is quick to respond when I have a need. And, both the manager and the maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and definitely willing to go the extra mile, which, I totally appreciate. Plus, I have met some great neighbors. So, I like calling this place my home.
